Delivery
Garments are made to order, and will be delivered within 14 days of ordering unless otherwise stated.
Postage is free within the UK.
I do offer at Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery charged at £8.95 if a garment is in stock.
EU Countries are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Tracked charged at £13.50 + £2.50 per extra garment (Please contact me if you require more information)
Other overseas shipping charges (eg. to United States) begin at £20 via Royal Mail International Standard Tracked Delivery (Please contact me if you require more information)
Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can organise it.
Obviously we hope you’ll be happy with any item that you purchase, however, if something isn’t right, we are happy to provide a refund provided items are returned to us within 14 days and in their original, unworn condition. All items must be returned unworn, in saleable condition for a full refund, to the value of the item, excluding postage and packaging.
